uptime ° assurance   >     Assessment & Inventory

Your Uptime Assurance plan will begin with our comprehensive IT Assessment & Inventory process.

The Assessment process allows us to intimately learn your network and ensures that we are are able to support it.
It ensures we find any existing problems in your environment.  The IT Assessment process is something we typically provide on a flat-fee basis; however we include it at no extra cost as part of an Uptime Assurance Plan.  During the IT Assessment process, we will:

Inventory & document your servers, computers, and network equipment.
Inventory & document your internet provider, third-party hosting providers and applications.
Assess the health and configuration of every component of your network.
Compile a detailed inventory & configuration report on all aspects of your infrastructure.
Prepare a recommendations report, itemizing and prioritizing recommended changes.
Consult with you regarding our findings and recommendations.
