As an Uptime Assurance customer you will be assigned your own designated IT professional: your Managing Consultant.
Your Managing Consultant is your Network Administrator, your Virtual CIO. He or she will serve as your primary technical point-of-contact. Your Managing Consultant will not only take care of your day-to-day IT needs, but is responsible for managing the growth, evolution and documentation of your computer infrastructure.
In many ways your Managing Consultant becomes a key member
of your company. Often our clients develop a close working
(and personal) relationship with their Managing Consultant, an
"X factor" you simply won't find in another IT firm.
Your Managing Consultant will be involved in your
IT Assessment.
He or she will provide ongoing consulting, and will perform your
Proactive Maintenance each month. No major
recommendation will be made to you without the consent and
consideration of your Managing Consultant, as he or she will
become intimately familiar with the inner-workings of your infrastructure and
your business.
- Your Managing Consultant will be selected and assigned to you based on many factors including: skill-sets required to manage your network, experience working within your industry and personality fit.
